How Outreach Charges for Custom Design Services:

No two churches are exactly alike and we understand that you want to communicate your unique vision and message every time you reach out to your community. That is why, here at Outreach.com, we provide several methods to allow you to customize an existing design, or fully design the tools and resources you order from us.

Customize Online / Build Your Design

Many of the products on Outreach.com are offered with a Customize Online option that utilizes a state of the art online editor.

  1. This customization method is available online 24/7 and no designer is needed.
  2. When you use the online editor to complete your order, there are NO design fees charged.

Upload Your Design

If you have a professional designer assisting your church, Outreach can work with you to provide quality printing services with no additional fees involved.

  1. Just download a template for the product you wish to order, have your designer complete the artwork, and then place your order.

Customize For Me*

When the Customize Online option is not available or when you need additional design assistance, Outreach does provide professional graphic design services.

  1. A small customization fee is charged for having an Outreach designer change an existing Outreach design to fit your church or event better.
  2. This fee varies per product line and includes an initial proof plus 2 rounds of changes. It is non-refundable once you have received the first proof.
  3. If your project requires more proofs, at the discretion of the designer, you may be charged an additional Full Custom Design fee for each additional proof that you require - see chart below.
*Customize for Me services include: Adding a logo, map and/or images; customizing the design to include your church name, event name or other information; changing the existing text, reformatting a design for a different product or changing the background or font.

Custom Design Services

  1. This design is a completely custom concept just for your church, It can be based on your idea or on an Outreach design that you want drastically changed.
  2. In addition to the cost of the product, you will also pay a Full Custom Design fee:
    1. This design fee varies per product line (see chart below) and is non-refundable once you have submitted your design request and a designer begins working on your project.
    2. This fee includes an initial proof plus 3 rounds of changes. If your project requires more proofs, at the discretion of the designer, you may be charged an additional Full Custom Design fee for each additional proof- see chart
